At Paul’s Custom Headers & Exhaust we use aircraft and quality #304 stainless steel tubing in our headers and exhaust designs. All the headers and exhaust we build are mandrel bent in-house. We use 3/8” thick stainless steel flanges and all are T16 welded and ground flat against the cylinder head for proper strength and sealing.
